Ground level

On the ground level, with kitchen leading to the pool:

  • Fully equipped kitchen, with everything we can think of provided.

  • A Welcome Pack is supplied, with essentials to get you started.

  • An Ottoman-style seating area with marble coffee table and a bluetooth sound box player.Terrace and dining area leading to the pool

  • A large al-fresco dining area with antique marble-tiled table, overlooking the pool and with panoramic views of Kalkan.

  • The large private swimming pool with an environmentally friendly copper filter that allows natural bathing with fewer chemicals throughout the day.

  • Large sun terraces leading to the private swimming pool and terraced garden, with ample sun beds, parasols, chairs and quiet ‘tented’ corner.

  • A shower room for use before and after the pool.

First Floor

Third Floor

  • Large double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room and French windows leading to large terrace with magnificent views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays.

General

  • All terraces overlook the pool and garden and enjoy a panoramic view of the port and bay of Kalkan and the hillsides of the Toros Mountains.

  • All rooms are air conditioned.

  • The villa will be cleaned on a light basis every day, with a full clean and linen and towel change twice a week.

  • The gardener will visit daily to tend to the pool, gardens and water the plants.

  • Fly screens are fitted to all windows.

  • Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.

  • There are large airers for drying swimwear and towels by the pool and on the bedroom terraces.

  • There is a well-stocked first-aid kit in the wardrobe of the master bedroom.
